These ambulances are equipped with advanced medical equipment such as a transport ventilator, defibrillator-monitor, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) device, and other life-support systems. Type C ambulances are used in the most complex and critical cases. Their main purpose is to keep the patient alive and stabilize their condition during transport.
