The controller of your personal data is KG Special Performance Sp. z o.o., headquartered at Naddnieprzańska 26 / C, 04-205 Warsaw, Poland.

2. Purpose of data processing

Personal data provided via the contact form will be processed solely for the purpose of:

• responding to your inquiry,
• further communication regarding the matter.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the controller in handling inquiries submitted via the form.

4. Scope of data processed

We process only the data voluntarily provided in the form: company name, name, job title, phone number, email address, VIN number, and message content.

5. Recipients of data

The data is sent directly to our internal service department and is accessible only to an authorized employee. The data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Data retention

The data will be retained for a period of no longer than 10 years from the date of last contact, for the purpose of ensuring service continuity, fulfilling warranty obligations, and protecting against potential legal claims related to the vehicle.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data,
• rectify, delete, or restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uodo.gov.pl) if you believe the processing violates GDPR.

8. Voluntary data provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for processing the inquiry.
